Lillington Receives Grant For Tax Credit Housing Development
Rep. Lewis is announcing today the awarding of a $250,000 grant for Tax Credit Housing Development for the town of Lillington.
Lillington will use CDBG Tax Credit Housing Development funds to assist Ilex Properties in the construction of Dry Creek Apartments, a 60 unit multifamily rental project in the Town of Lillington. One hundred percent (100%) of the units will be rented to low and moderate-income (LMI) families. The funds will be used to install 70 LF of sewer lines and 1090 LF of street improvements.
