The Victory Office is located at 106 N. Clinton Ave, in Dunn. Harnett County Republican Party Chair Ginger Ballard said, “We are excited to have this base of operations to help communicate with voters and fellow activists, and coordinate our efforts to elect Republicans. I invite anyone interested in learning more about our candidates and their vision for a better government that is more responsive to people in need to please visit our Office. I further encourage anyone wanting to be involved in helping elect our candidates, to sign up because we will put you to work in this important cause.” State Senator Harris Blake and State Representative David Lewis were on hand for the opening and both spoke to the need to change the leadership in Raleigh to avoid state issued run-away debt, reform North Carolina’s economic system to better recruit and retain jobs, bring down the price of gasoline, and truly tackle illegal immigration. Republican candidate for the United States Congress, Dan Mansel, of Clayton spoke of his vision to change Washington by electing a representative of the people and not a professional congressman. Refering to his opponent, US Rep. Bob Etheridge, Mansel said, “Our Bob talks like one of us in the District and pretends to care about the struggles of Harnett County families. He then travels to Washington and instead of advocating for those families, but votes like San Francisco’s Nancy Pelosi tells him to.” Sheriff Larry Rollins, Mr. Roy Tew, McCrory for Governor Chairman for Harnett County, and a representative from Senator Elizabeth Dole were also on hand. All speakers expressed their appreciation to Abe and Jackie Elmore and Carolyn Brewington for donating the Victory Office for use in electing Republicans. ###
