Lewis Announces Town Hall Meeting in Dunn Representative to Provide Legislative Update, Discuss Issues with Citizens
DUNN, June 21North Carolina Representative David Lewis (R-Harnett County) will hold a town hall meeting in Dunn on Thursday, June 30. The meeting will be held in the courtroom of the Dunn Municipal Building at 7 PM. It is free and open to the public. Senator Harris Blake (R- Harnett & Moore counties) will also be in attendance. Lewis will begin the meeting by providing Harnett County citizens a legislative update on the current session of the North Carolina General Assembly. The meeting will then shift to a town hall discussion, which will offer citizens an opportunity to share their opinions directly with Representative Lewis. By attending this town hall meeting, citizens will have an opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the General Assembly, and I will get to hear directly from constituents about what they would like to see addressed by our state government, Lewis said.
